I started learning about Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture a few years ago when I started my journey at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine, in Bedford Nova Scotia. I have always been passionate about healthy lifestyle and natural healing. I am so excited that I can now share what I have learned with others.

A little bit about myself; I am a mom to two crazy and loving children, a wife, and a dog mom, to two crazy Aussie Puppies. I live in Truro, Nova Scotia. I love camping, nature, cooking and medical and crime television shows. I am a little awkward and loud, but am mostly just excited to share my TCM knowledge with… whoever will listen!
